Share the wisdom and pay it forward. There are so many incredible independent businesses in Derbyshire and we would love to have one sponsor each of our events.

This is micro-funding so we’re not asking for mega-bucks, but a donation of £150-500 would go straight into the fund to be passed on to the project with the most number of votes on the night.

Atmosphere matters. We need people to feel comfortable at our events, we want people to stick around and chat to each other about the amazing things going on around Derbyshire and we want to keep it all local, so we’re keen to collaborate with local independent venues in order to bring Derbyshire SOUP to life.

Do you have a talent you are willing to share?

At each SOUP event, we like to offer some entertainment alongside the food and pitches.

We’re eager to hear from singers, musicians, poets, magicians, comedians – any performers really – novice or experienced!

We can’t offer payment, but we can offer a 5-10 minute slot plus a soup supper as a thank you.

Are you a scrumptious local caterer?

Soup, glorious soup!​

Sure, we want to give inspired projects a platform and throw a bit of cash their way, but we also want to give people the opportunity to sit around and chat about what inspires them and where we should be doing more for the community. We think the best way to do that is over delicious food, so we don’t want to cut too many corners when it comes to our catering.​
